Peer Run Recovery Groups
Focused on mental health recovery, substance use recovery, vocational skills, and creative recovery, all groups are led by Certified Intentional Peer Support Specialists (CIPSS). They build empowering connections with group members and offer first-hand experience and encouragement that long-term recovery is possible.
CIPSS are also available to meet one-on-one.

Introducing: The Creative Recovery Initiative
Recognizing the vast potential to foster stronger long-term recovery, Together Place developed the Creative Recovery Initiative comprised of two parts: Creative & Vocational Recovery Groups and Creative Community Events hosted by those in Recovery.
2nd Street Diner
Together Place’s 2nd Street Diner is open weekdays from 8:30am and 2pm. The Diner offers low-cost hot meals that can be paid for with EBT or cash.
We provide opportunities to obtain paid employment providing custodial services for local businesses, job coaching, and employment focused recovery groups designed to help break down barriers to finding and keeping work.
Via Together Place Housing, we administer an 11-unit housing cooperative in Bangor that provides affordable housing for individuals in recovery.
